By Ky State Board you have 6 months from the date of your class to apply for your permit.
It is your responsibility to apply for permit.
CLASSIC LASH TRAINING CLASS DETAILS
Training will be State Board approved for Lash Permit
The Classic Lash Extension Class is lead by Soraia, who has experience as a Master Cosmetology Instructor & licensed Lash Trainer. You will learn all of the basics and be given hands on practice with live models.

Schedule
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Theory
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM: Demonstration by Instructor & Practice on a Mannequin
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Break
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM: Hands-On Practice (Depending on Participants’ Proficiency)
Important Reminders
Participants must have insurance. If you do not have insurance, please buy a plan for the full year for $99 or a student policy for $67 by visiting www.insurebodywork.com Students should also have good hand-eye coordination and bring their own eye magnification (glasses) if necessary.

Finally, please pay the nonrefundable deposit of $300 in person to reserve your place in the class. This will also be used to order the kits for the training.
